“This place is a great buffet restaurant. Is has free parking on site. The deco is very lovely and inviting. The variety is good. I wouldn't say it's huge but I actually like that, you don't need 15+ mains a good selection of the favourites is plenty. The quality was very good for a buffet restaurant. The starters even included fresh lamb chops, ribs and chaplis, which you don't see in many places. The Somosa chaat station was fab and even had a lovely chicken corn soup.. All my favourites. I would say the music was very loud unfortunately. The staff were a bit fussy about their bowls which was very odd. They had these tiny bowls which they would only give for ice cream. I wanted to give my toddler a bit of jelly in a bowl but they will would only give it on a plate and wouldn't give me one after I tried to convince them, in the end I had to get ice cream and then put the jelly in myself lol..she would have dropped the jelly all over the table if it was on a plate. My hubby tried to get a bowl for some mint sauce so I can dip my starters in.. Again they would let him and he kicked off and got one in the end.. It was strange and didn't understand why they were so reluctant to give out these plastic standard bowls. Apart from that the experience was lovely and price was a bit more that a standard buffet but not too bad. We paid £88 2 children 2 adults with some drinks. Had a prayer room too which was a bonus”

“Tucked away in Sunny Bank Mills this pizza is heavenly. Din lighting supported by the natural light from the large old windows adds to the atmosphere, with the music volume perfectly sitting behind the background chatter. I had the garlic mushroom sauce wow, rich and creamy with a variety of mushrooms on a perfect garlic bread. The pizza was fantastic, wonderfully balanced sauce and tasty ingredients. Staff were cool and friendly, chill but attentive, and very welcoming. Loved it!!!!”

“We have always got celebration bouquets from here which are invariably perfect, so chose to order our wedding flowers despite them not being overly advertised at this particular florist. On the day they were so fresh and beautiful as well as incredibly reasonably priced, any changes even last minute were accommodated and the service was second to none. The bridal bouquet was arranged by Adrienne based on a few pictures and ideas and ended up exactly how the bride imagined, we had so many compliments on how different and stunning it was. Thank you so much Adrienne, you made this aspect of our incredible day absolutely perfect”

“I moved to Pudsey about a year ago, and this was my first time trying The Bearded Sailor. I have to say, everything was top-tier quality , from the lightning-fast and friendly service (even when busy) to the lovely, tender, perfectly battered fish and the flavoursome homemade tartar and curry sauces. Everything about this chippy oozes quality. Easily the best in the surrounding area, if not all of Leeds.”

“There are not many Japanese restaurants in Leeds. Feed is one of the good Sushi restaurants in Leeds. Besides Sushi, the crispy Tempura is a good choice. Free street parking.”

Between them two and Sutcliffes so many of the needs of the villagers are served. They are so friendly and helpful too. Support this brilliant local business when you can!”

“Just a last minute decision to go out, and saw this place As soon as we walked through the door we were welcomed and the staff were so attentive. Great choice of dishes to suit all tastes. The food is freshly cooked and served hot in stainless steel puts with lids to keep them warm. They do not serve alcohol, but I can recommend the mango lassie, great flavour. All in all a pleasant experience, and we would go again.”

“Nice and clean restaurant with parking in the back. The fish was smaller than I remembered but tasted delicious and the chips are divine. Had to wait a long while for my dessert order. The desert I had was apple crumble with custard but the custard was watery and tasteless.”

I collected so not sure about the delivery service but they had it ready in 15 mins as promised, also chip spice on the chips which I personally love!! Would recommend”

“The best cheese burger I've ever had - ordered a cheese burger for collection after it was recommended by a friend - was made fresh and ready for when I arrived! They cook their cheese burgers using a flame grill giving it that unique taste! Will not be going anywhere else! All the guys working there are really sound too! Definitely recommend!”

Both were really tasty and the lamb was tender. I would recommend this place to anyone 100% . My new favourite place to go. For years I've gone to Akbars in Leeds, Sheffield and Bradford..this was much better.”

Personally don’t like super hot spices but they will adjust to your preference- Tikka Masala, Rice and a HUGE naan was enough for me and my partner to share absolutely beautiful food, really well packaged, the dishes in plastic boxes all put into a sturdy carry box to protect the pappudoms etc. great price, fast delivery to wortley amazing value will be ordering again for sure! thank you!”
