I came here not knowing what facial to get as it was my first facial and upon meeting Claire she was able to identify which facial I would truly benefit from after listen to my needs. Claire really put effort into my skin, I have some marks from breakouts and they were noticeable improved from texture and pigmentation. My skin was glowing. I asked if she was able to make his coat more manageable for me to groom, but still keep the long coated shaggy look. Joanne listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and she did an amazing job, thinning out his coat in all the difficult areas.
