Told it would £2 if I had it done by a trainee. I got a complimentary bottle of water and a much needed hair cut by Brooklyn, supported by her training team. He offered me a drink and clearly explained all the details. Although I originally came in for a bed, I ended up purchasing a mattress as well. He showed me the options without any pressure, and the service was excellent throughout. Dave, the store manager, was also very helpful. I’m very happy with the service AJ provided, and I will definitely be returning again in the future.”
