Eddy recommended that we didn’t build a frame around the soundbar and I am so glad about that as we can change in future without having to worry about sizes. From the first moment of stepping into Steve’s shop in Brighouse, we felt a true and genuine interest in designing a kitchen that was exactly right for us. A fantastically refreshing approach in which Steve tried to understand us rather than just sell us a kitchen, and a process in which we felt investing in as people, and the results were better than either of us could have imagined. Steve challenged our thinking in the right places, to ensure we had the right design and gave us food for thought on aspects that would have never crossed our minds. The partnership and collaboration paid such amazing dividends. The other aspect to highlight incredibly positively was that when we encountered glitches in the manufacturing (no fault of Steve’s) his proactive and attentive response was first class - if only all companies and service providers took such personal responsibility. We cannot complement Steve highly enough for his skill, the pride he takes in his work, his investment in his customers as people and his unwavering commitment to the highest quality and standards - it’s clear he loves his work and we would recommend him and Masterclass to anyone.”
