Unfortunately the online process didn't allow me to input an address in Australia and it was our last day in York before heading to Scotland for a couple of weeks . Unfortunately I didn't get the customer service lady's name but she was amazing. She located a store that we would be near on our return to England in the way to the airport and arranged for the boots to be collected there. Over and above service. Thank you. I will be reminded of your efforts every time I wear them.”

I met lee and was told I had 2 types of alopecia, I'd been seeing a dermatologist with nhs for 6 months and they told me my hair loss was due to psoriasis. Within a week of meeting lee, I started my treatment and now I've no bald patches, no thinning and my hair has never been healthier.
