“My family and i travelled to Saudi Arabia for pilgrimage last month and we couldn’t ask for a better service. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. From the moment we landed, we had someone waiting at the airport to take us to our hotel where we were greeted by a member of AR Travels who had already checked us in. The excursions were agreed and arranged on dates that we said, the transfers were perfect and someone was always on hand for any issues we might experience. He even gave us a local sim card to use whilst we were there. Looking forward to using them again next year and i’ve been telling all of my friends and family how easy they made everything.”

“Loving villa, with a great outside pool and outdoor dining area. Everything in the house and outside has been renovated to a high standard. 20 minutes walk to a lovely beach with fantastic restaurants with great sunset views. We loved our stay.x”

Cannot thank althams enough particularly Claudia for her help when booking for a special birthday. Fantastic service and so helpful and knowledgeable about the various options took time to explain all the different choices and made sure we had everything planned and in place, our whole holiday experience was perfect and the service and follow up from Claudia was totally professional the only downside we had to come home! “My sister has a place here, so was visiting her as a surprise birthday treat. The staff at reception were happy to keep the surprise, and directed us to her accomodation. The site is set in beautiful surroundings. She has mobility issues but manages to negotiate around without problems.”

I have always found their team at Fisherbeck Mill to be very pleasant and accommodating. At the same time they have always been very efficient, reliable and accurate in carrying out their transactions. In the office when collecting or returning keys, I have found that the staff is again very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. In all I have absolutely no complaints about how I have been treated in my annual contact with all at Heart of the Lakes. Hopefully my association with them will continue for a long time”

“Staying here this week (actually here as I write this review) lovely spacious lodge ...very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Has everything you need including tvs that work in every room . 2 bathrooms and the lodge is very well heated . The hot tub is also well maintained and super clean has everything you need (even wifi for the teens) nice touches of towells left on beds for you also . .... and the price for easter week is amazing . I can't complain and will be back . Thank you”
