She really helped us pick the colours of the frame and advised us on what would look best, for example not having too much writing in a small box. Kim confirmed everything via text message and stayed in contact throughout the process of the casts being framed. The end result is gorgeous, an irreplaceable keepsake that we are so grateful for. The setting was extremely clean and calming and Saskia was caring, friendly and very reassuring telling me I would be fine which made me feel really comfortable. The massage itself wasn’t painful it was just right and it definitely relieved a lot of the tension I had in my back, shoulders and neck. She even gave me some advice as I left to help with the pains I get in my lower back which I thought was really nice of her as it shows care and concern for her clients.
