I’ve always been self-conscious about a fake tooth at the front of my mouth, it was discoloured and never quite right. Lyndsey really listened to me, explained all the options clearly and worked within my budget. I honestly didn’t think I could ever love my smile, but now I do! She was very nice and she was being with precise when shaping my nails and painting french tips and the salon is clean and hygienic and I recommend going to this salon to do nail extensions which uses poly gel and these nails held for a month and used best quality products to keep my nails healthy!”

“Friendly staff and warm welcome. Nice range of temperatures in the steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs and pool. The manager has a great sense of humour and I can imagine the only reason why people may have found her abrupt (which I’ve read in some reviews) was if they were breaking a rule (and the rules are in place to keep people safe and having an enjoyable experience). She was especially fantastic when I was getting changed at the end and had lost a contact lens by bringing in a little mirror with light to help me locate it! Thank you :-) I went on the Saturday evening session from 5.30 and enjoyed the atmosphere and balance of couples. I am not sure i would enjoy it if I attended mid week and found it full of lots of guys but the time at which I attended I felt very safe and comfortable and had a relaxing evening. Lockers are provided with a key that you return to reception - so no need to pack a £1 or to carry the key around for anyone who may be wondering. Also parking is right outside on the street with a pay by phone app. Very convenient.”

“Wow ! This hotel is beautiful. They have kept all the original features and it's stunning. We'll presented modern rooms with underfloor heating. Restaurant has a great menu and the service is very attentive. Breakfast was as you would expect lots of hot and cold choices including pastries. Pool area is lovely. My only complaint about the pool is disabled access to changing rooms is difficult if you can't walk well but they do provide a disabled loo / changing room on pool level as a back up. The pool changing area is a bit dated but I'm sure they're getting to that you can see they've done a lot already. My mum loved it she wants to go back we went as a birthday treat.”

Liz's technique was excellent—gentle but firm in just the right places, working out the knots and tension I hadn’t even realised I was carrying. Afterwards I felt noticeably looser in my muscles, with a wonderful sense of lightness and ease throughout my body. Beyond the physical benefits, it was also a deeply soothing experience that left me feeling refreshed, centred, and completely relaxed. This was exactly the reset I needed, and I’ll definitely be coming back. An all-round fantastic experience.”
