    Quayside Medical Practice

“From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at the surgery. After being unwell for over 10 days, I contacted the surgery during what I know is one of the most difficult and pressured times of the year for GP practices. From the very first moment, the reception team were absolutely exceptional. They listened to me with kindness, patience, and genuine care, making me feel heard and supported when I was feeling at my weakest. I had already been advised by a pharmacist and by NHS 111 to seek urgent GP advice, and the receptionists acted quickly and compassionately to ensure a doctor contacted me as soon as possible. Their calm reassurance and efficiency made an enormous difference and immediately gave me confidence that I was in safe hands. The doctor then asked me to attend the surgery, where I was thoroughly assessed and diagnosed with pneumonia. Thanks to their professionalism and prompt action, I was able to start antibiotics straight away, and I am now on the road to recovery. I truly believe that without the care, understanding, and swift response from this surgery, my condition could have been far worse. The kindness shown to me was not just medical care — it was genuine human care, and it meant more than words can express. Thank you for being there when I needed you most. I will always be deeply grateful for your support, compassion, and dedication.”

“Currently on section 3 in this hospital. Cannot fault the place. The psychology team at Grove Park is phenomenal I cannot thank them enough for all the work they have done with me. I really enjoyed the activities especially the pottery workshops. The HCAs are really good at their jobs and they have very good knowledge on mental health to support us with our journeys. I am very happy to recommend anyone coming to grove park.”

    New Pond Row Surgery

    ★★☆☆☆ 2.4
    Open

“I have only been with the surgery a year but feel that all the care I have received has been of a good level. The receptionists are not rude as stated in other reviews, they have been nothing but polite and helpful whenever I have called. The anima system could be better, but where I've struggled to navigate it, a call to reception has always meant my problem was solved. I have had a telephone appointment today and can't speak highly enough of the attention and time given by Dr. Heaver. The call was within the given time and I feel that the consultation was as thorough, if not more generous time wise than if I had attended in person.”

“Having held our commercial and combined policy with NFU for over five years, I genuinely cannot praise the Horsham and Chichester teams highly enough. Every member of the team is consistently helpful, friendly, and extremely professional. They are always happy to assist with our insurance needs and the frequent changes we tend to make, handling everything efficiently and with real care. I wouldn’t consider moving our policy elsewhere — the service we receive is second to none. A particular and very well-deserved thank you to Carla and Joseph, who are always responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic service all round — keep up the great work.”

“I've been referred here a couple times over the years for my mental health after having some run ins with CAMHS at the family centre on Middle Road, and various counsellors at school, college and uni. My most recent experience at Glebelands has been exceptional, I feel validated and have finally received the diagnosis I've needed since I was a child. My LP has helped tremendously and Dr. Allen is wonderful and very understanding.”
