“My daughter likes it, but as a parent I have no idea what exactly the class format is, what she learns, or how she progresses. I know that I can ask feedback from the teacher, but information is always quite limited compared with watching the classes myself. I recommend that you could do some open classes during a term. In the term end performance, it would be great to do it in a formal way, i.e. in a venue with stage, children performance without teachers on site guidance, etc.”
“My son is 3 and attends all kids preschool. The staff are so friendly and my son absolutely loves it! I would highly recommend.”
“Words cannot express how thrilled I am to have found Sussex Youth Theatre, and sending my newphews here has been one of the best things I've ever done! My nephews' confidence has grown leaps and bounds, their communication skills have come on brilliantly, and the look of joy on their faces when I pick them up is priceless! Thank you, Mitch and the team, for all the teriffic work you do! We are excited to have many more happy years here!”
“Modern lecture theatre that sits about 200 students. It's equipped with hi-tech facilities.”
“I really recommend Ariel Drama Academies in Crawely. I joined in September 2024 when I got inspired by my boyfriend Carlos who was already there due to me watching him in 3 of his performances. Coming to ariel Othellos on a Saturday is honeslty the highlight of my week and I can't thank all the staff enough. Thank you making this such a memorable experience and I csnt wait for the upcoming performances I have with you all”
“Ariel is like a second family, who teach your child to become self confident and to truly believe in themselves and their ability. They are shown to work as a team to achieve their dreams and to help others achieve theirs. It truly is a magical opportunity that stays in your child's heart forever. Amazing showcase as always, such fantastically talented youngsters and an absolute joy to watch, didn't want it to end”
“Fantastic experience, great time, individual approach - highly recommend to everyone who would like to develop confidence and drama!”
“The Worth Academy of Perfoming Arts children's two week summer workshop performed a Panto of "The Wizard of Oz" to a greatly interactive audience! All the fun of the usual 'he's behind you' 'oh no he isn't!' Boos and hisses, cheers and laughter could be heard throughout the highly entertaining performance. A range of ages and abilities, the performers looked as though they had enjoyed their time putting this show together and should be proud of their achievements. The dancing, singing and acting was enhanced by beautiful costumes, and using highly decorative sets the show was vibrant. Well done to the directors and to all who were involved.”
“I recommend The Theatre Workshop to all young people/parents in Sussex who are interested in learning the skills of the performing arts whilst having great fun and making friends for life. I've worked with this company for many years, and can vouch for the quality of training and professionalism. There is also a fantastic 'family' spirit at TTW, where everyone is welcome and valued as individuals. As Marketing Manager at ArtsEd London, I understand the skills and attitude necessary for young people to pursue their careers and gain places at the top Drama Schools in the country. TTW's Advanced Academy is a springboard to full-time Drama School and the training and support provided by the teachers and staff ensure that every year there is a new batch of eager students ready to take the next step in their education and development. Even if your ambitions lie elsewhere, and you just want to attend a performing arts school for fun and to meet new friends, I highly recommend TTW. They do it all! “My daughter attended the intensive swimming lessons this week at Oak Grove with Russell’s swim school. After an initial bit of anxiety my daughter had the most amazing week of swimming taught by Lorraine. Her confidence has grown massively and she was even jumping in without her goggles. I would definitely recommend Russell’s swim school. For them it’s all about the children”
“My son loves his drama class in Shoreham by Sea and always goes into it and comes out of it happy and excited. Raphaella is great, so friendly and informative about each class, always giving feedback and praise to the children as they leave.”
“Very nice people and great course!”
“We saw Lauren as a couple for around 18 months, and she made a huge difference in our relationship. She listened and gave us the space to communicate fairly, and really knows how to create a safe space where both of us felt heard and understood. We’re really grateful for everything we learned and often recommend her to friends looking for a great couples therapist.”
“Went to see the junior showcase on Saturday 26th August. At the Hawth in Crawley. And wow, not the first that I have been to but it was fantastic evening. The evening had fun, dance and singing. The stand out performance of the evening was "Musical ". From something stupid ( I think ). The 2 guys were fantastic, and when joined on stage by the dancers the whole audience were in hysterics. Another great number was sung by lizzie. Well done for a great evening of entertainment.”
