She was very understanding and although she had to clip him quite short, she managed to keep the length on his head, ears and tail and he looks great, He obviously feels a lot better too and is running around like a loon. She also gave good advice about avoiding matts as his coat grows longer. All in all, an excellent first experience when I've heard so many horror stories about groomers from other people.”
