Bear loves going to get groomed, he has come on so well since being there, I think it’s more to do with the fact he gets fed there! He loves all the attention and food he gets and he even lets Jo cut his claws and then makes him smell so nice! All the staff are so nice and pleasant and always talk to us, making us feel very welcome. Best of all, Bear is always knackered when he gets home and falls straight asleep!”
