“I am so grateful to this practice for all the fantastic care and attention they have given to my cat, especially over the last 18months since she was diagnosed with 2 critical illnesses. I always knew they were good from our annual vet check ups and occasional visits following the odd cat fight! “We had to use the out of hours emergency vets service for our dog. We were given an appointment straight away leaving us enough time to find the vets in an area we don't know. There was a clients car park, to take away that stress. We had a little wait, but when seen by the vet, she was friendly and professional, explaining her findings and next steps. The only downside was the price, and even though we are covered by insurance it was still expensive.”
