“We have been taking our cats to Cat’s Whiskers for around 11 years now. It is so good to go to a cat only vet where the waiting area is calm and there are no dog noises! Amanda is an excellent vet, quiet and calm, the appointments are never rushed and are very thorough. As mentioned in previous reviews, you do have to join a pet plan but if you have pets, you owe them that at least. This way they get regular, preventative health checks and are always up to date with flea and worm treatment and vaccinations. I am more than happy to recommend Amanda and her team who all do a wonderful job of making you feel at home, and every effort is made to make the experience as comfortable and stress free as possible for the cats and their owners.”

“Back in April 2022 I chose Pembroke as my advisors for an Equity Release basically to keep my 6 year old grandson at his private school. It was handled by the Principal Mortgage Advisor Paul Grennan and his assistants Julie Ward and Carol Mitchell. Right from the start they were very professional, prompt, friendly and always responded to any questions I had. For reasons that had nothing to do with Pembroke my equity release took 7 months to complete. I was on the verge of giving up, selling my house and removing my grandson from his school, the stress levels were getting unbearable. Julie and Carol were amazing, they never gave up, they kept pushing and they kept me going with their kind and motivational words. God knows how many phone calls and emails they had to make on my behalf. We got there in the end and I can't praise Julie and Carol highly enough (and you Paul!). “It is super important that a barber talks to my child about how they’d like their hair since it’s their hair being cut or shaved not mine. These guys are brilliant! This is by far the best hair cut out boy has had. Attention to detail, making him comfortable (he can be very fidgety) and asking him what he thinks. Allowed my child to make the payment too.
