She talked me through the potential cause of the problem and how to express the gland at home. She then examined Norbert's glands and they didn't need to be expressed. Isobel did not charge for her time, which was fantastic. Given her calm nature and rich experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Isobel. I plan to bring Norbert back for a groom as and when I move house this way.”

I came in with a large, DIRTY, poodle…at lunchtime. “Do you have time?” I asked, ready to get the stink eye. “Of course we do!” Said the patient soul at the desk. When I returned my dog was clean, fluffy (better than I can do it!) and happy. The rates are more than fair. The shop is charming and spotless. OK, poodle-people, we should make these women very wealthy. BTW- the Golden I saw coming out as I came in looked really great too.”
