“Amazing Hostel, couldn’t ask for a better location. Friendly staff. Massive common area with full bar, snacks, cheap breakfast. Steps from the pier, fish & chip shops and nightclubs. Extra shout out to Kate, Marlo and Dan, truly great hosts!! Would leave 6 stars if I could. The staff are fabulous and answered my millions of questions with huge smiles. Definitely the best hostel experience I’ve had in the UK. Will be booking here any time I’m in Brighton!!!”

“Went above and beyond!! Came in with an issue concerning online order. Customer service ladies made sure my issue was solved. They even held the item so a handle could be attached. I didn’t have the strength. Glad to see good old fashioned customer services still being practiced. I half expected being told to return despite of a simple fix. Will use again and recommend”

“I can’t recommend Quaff and their staff enough. We’re fortunate to live very close to Quaff, and visit it at least once a week, so we’ve got to know the team there very well. They’re always helpful, polite and have been really welcoming during the pandemic, particularly bearing in mind how busy they were when the pubs were closed. We often go in undecided as to exactly what we want to drink, and are always happy with the suggestions that are made to us. I genuinely can’t think of a wine or beer that we’ve drunk from there that we haven’t enjoyed. Thank you for everything guys, see you soon!”
