“I've been taking my 2 children (currently aged 6 and 4) to the children's classes for almost 3 years and it has been great to see them develop. The club not only focusses (obviously) on the technical aspect of the subject but also actively promotes healthy eating, respect, social skills, sharing, attention - all the things that any conscientious parent is keen to see their child develop. “Mick is a really great teacher. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's not sure what fighting school to pick. His knowledge on fighting and the way he gets it across to you is profound. His teaching is taught in small groups so you get more one to one interaction than most schools. I do krav maga and muay Thai with him and they are both really fun. He teaches in a way that ties them both quite nicely together as all fighting styles are one. The same elements of movent and body mechanics for the best suited strikes or defence in the way of flow and how your body naturally wants to move to bring in the most power. In the Muay Thai class we often do sparing sessions too.”

“Such a lovely warm swimming pool. I can't stress enough how warm it was! None of this heated to 24C but actually feels like you're standing in a snow storm warm!! Really warm!! Much appreciated when bobbing around in the water. This is such a hidden gem of a place. Nice size pool suitable for adults and children alike. Swimming lessons for the kids. Swimming sessions for adults that are so empty at times that you might be fooled into thinking it's your own private pool. All at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!”
