A written and itemised quote was supplied immediately after inspection and work was completed within two days despite the job requiring 7 hours labour and parts being ordered. The removed and damaged parts were shown to me upon completion. Communication was excellent and I feel that the pricing was fair for the work involved. “Had already called at one garage and was told - you need front pads, discs and caliper needed taking apart. I saw £ signs. On the off chance I called in on Village Autos. They could check the car straight away. I was given a lift home and was told they would ring me if it was more than changing the pads. Couple of hours later I received a call to say my car was ready. £45, I supplied the pads. Once again, I was picked up and taken to collect my car. Customer service was great, along with advice given. There are very few garages like this left. Well done all. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others. Many thanks.”

“I am going to T.R Auto since moving to the area. I just went to do a major service on my car as I know they are great but also because the price was almost half the price from the dealership and using the BMW OEM parts. Picked up the car last night and I was blown away by the difference, the car feels more stable and more in control and they take initiative to change brake fluid so I didnt have to come back in 2 months which I really appreciate. Also provided me with all the details added to the onboard computer of the car confirming parts and service done. Amazing customer service, great job on the car, great advice on parts to add with a genuine approach and not trying to rip you off like dealerships do. Couldn't recommend them enough.
