“I was visiting Bath with my wife for 3 days and decided to treat myself to a hair cut at Dappa as it was just across the road from the flat we were staying at. I had a senior cut with Olivia and I'm very pleased with the results. Olivia was great, very friendly and made me feel at ease. I got the style I asked for with some excellent advice and guidance during the cut. All in all a great barber experience which I would highly recommend.”

“This is my first visit, but it is my wife's regular hairdresser. I walked in, looking like the wild man of Borneo because I was trying to let my hair grow. Ellie restyled my hair, so I was presentable and still had length in my hair, so pleased with what she had done. 5 stars and a gold tick”

“Whenever I visit BA1 Hair, I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. The salon is always busy, even when I turn up in the early hours of the morning, but the team are always polite and helpful. Sam always listen to my 'suggestions' for how I want my hair to look (not always realistic!) and then we discuss the options before he begins. He never seems to be in a rush to juggle multiple clients, which is refreshing, and has done a great job of turning my very fine, wispy hair, into a style that I can manage easily and looks great.”

“I love this salon! David is an expert stylist and he always "listens" to me (as the client) regarding what I would like done to my short tresses. I always feel better when leaving than when I arrive - all staff are friendly, and there are the bonuses of great coffee, a pastry (or piece of watermelon if it is hot outside!) as well as the option of a massage chair during hair washing AND a head massage with the conditioner... I mean, what's not to like here?!”

“Stew is an incredible tattoo artist. It was his amazing illustration work that first caught my eye. I saw a picture of some beautiful honeysuckle and bumble bee he’d drawn and knew instantly I wanted it as a tattoo. I was nervous at first about how it would translate onto my body but Stew took the time to talk me through different positions and what would work best for me. He put me totally at ease during the process and was truly professional at the same time. I was delighted with the results and received so many complements which was nice. Stew has since drawn and tattooed me a beautiful Jay bird and I’m sure I’ll be back for more.”

“I had a helix piercing done by Mike a couple of weeks ago. He was really welcoming, knowledgeable and put me at ease, with no pressure to rush into a decision. The studio was clean and you get the impression no corners are being cut. The jewellery is beautiful, with a range of designs, many produced by Mike himself. The procedure went smoothly and is currently healing well. I don’t know how the price compares to other places but I feel I’ve come away with some lovely jewellery, a sound piercing, decent aftercare advice and peace of mind.”
