“Lovely afternoon spend in a beautifully converted Venetian-Gothic building, as an architecture graduate I really appreciate beautiful interiors. The host greeting us and seated our group in a lovely setting which was all ready and prepared for our arrival. Our server was very attentive and constantly checking if we were happy or needed anything. The traditional fish and chips was a favourite amongst our guests! Would recommend the linguine & elderflower mocktail. We will definitely be back soon and recommend if you are visiting Bristol to stop by especially as the brunch we had previously was great - try the pancakes!”

There was a small mix up with my original stylist (which I completely understand happens) and they still got me in straight away and gave a complimentary service which I did not expect! “I was paying twice the amount in Bristol. Broad street ethos emanates down from Chloe. Niece of the owners I think. Everyone is competent and confident. And the standard of hair dressing is high. There’s a really friendly vibe in the salon. I also go with my 14 year old and she comes away feeling seen and confident. Great job all xx”

“Excellent business, have never had any issues here. Nails have always looked amazing and great choice of colours in acrylic and gel. Ellie is fabulous and knows her stuff and makes great suggestions and bespoke nail art. The pedicures are also worth it, with extra care taken to ensure you feel pampered (the massage chair and creams used during the experience are awesome!)”

“I usually do my own acrylics as I don't trust many others to do it but thought I'd give this place a go. The lady who did my nails I believed is called Lily. She was very kind and sweet. We made casual conversation and she made me feel very welcome. During every step of the process she made sure to check that I was happy with how my nails looked. She did the nails exactly like the inspo photo that I showed her for reference. I would definitely recommend! The only slight issue was that I feel the top coat wasn't put on too accurately as when I got home I noticed some was on the edges of the skin around the nails but I just filed this off. For reference, the pictured acrylics I got below cost £37. I like the fact that unlike most places that do acrylics quite thick, the thickness of these are almost quite natural looking in person. Really well done.”

“We are so lucky to have this place on our doorstep! As someone that’s always used salons before managing to find somewhere this professional at home salon prices is such a treat! I have been visiting Ellie at the face spa regularly for facials and massages for at least 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! I am fairly certain I have tried all the treatments she has on offer over the years and they have all been fantastic! I can highly recommend the microdermabrasion and micro needling on offer! Today was my first visit ‘post lockdown’ and I booked in for a facial and her brand new full body bath ritual - as expected - it was incredible!! The salon was immaculate and Ellie has clearly thought very carefully about keeping everyone safe during the current pandemic, I couldn’t have been happier with every aspect of my visit!
