“Kept forgetting to leave a review - we were served by Danielle a few weeks ago and she was absolutely lovely and super knowledgable. Had a fairly simple repair (bike chain replacement) on an old bike, and she was more than happy to do this for us despite us not having a booking. She also recommended us some oils for maintaining the bike which have been very useful. Overall, super knowledgeable staff with lots of experience - will definitely be back if (when!) my old relic of a bike has a problem again haha”

“Extremely welcoming staff who I don't envy, as the customer service needs to be tip top considering the heightened price you pay over anywhere else. But in terms of the town centre, there isn't another place like it, but I tend to go just for the staff, especially the big chap, he is always so helpful.”

“My partner and I came across the Emporium showroom in Lacock and instantly fell in love with their kitchens. Charlie was incredibly friendly, and told us their whole process of designing, making and fitting their kitchens from start to finish. We booked a morning with Nigel who came to our to look at our current kitchen, which was dated, lacked space and a pain to work in. Nigel is extremely knowledgeable, and gave us some fantastic ideas we’d never thought it. Our kitchen is now done it’s better than we’d ever imagined. The team were very friendly, a great laugh to have around and so helpful along the way. You would also think handmade bespoke kitchens may not be affordable, we were amazed at the price. We can’t recommend these guys more! Thank you”

With his help, I was able to come up with a viable solution (using several items that they had in stock), that I'll buy from Wickes (as they are reasonably priced) once my good lady has given me the go ahead.”
