I phoned Audi Volks Services and they had no availability for 2 weeks, but said I could leave my car there and they would see if they could fit me in. They fixed the car on day 1 and explained the issue was just a stuck mechanical part which they free'd up with WD-40. I went to pay and they told me the fix was simple, taking around 30 minutes and free of charge. I cannot fault them and will definitely be back if I have any issues and for a service.”

I ordered the part and re-visited to make an appointment but there was a space and the repair was done straight away. Plugged back into diagnostic machine and all issues cleared. Just before I was pulling away I asked if the mechanic could tell me what the noise was coming from my steering wheel and again he looked and fixed the issue.
