“I highly recommend Steve's counselling services! Counselling isn't just sitting down and talking, it gives you the confidence and tools that you need to get through any tough times. Having been through depression and anxiety, it's taken less than one year of counselling sessions to help me through and when I am having tough days I know that they won't last. Thank you Steve for helping me to get my life back on track.”

“My therapist was Natasha Carr-Rouse, she is by far the best therapist I have seen. She was very empathetic and provided me with some great strategies for staying well in the future. My experience has left me feeling the best I have felt about myself in a very long time and even though I know life will throw many more challenges at me in the future, I am confident that I now have the resilience to handle them. Thank you Natasha”
“Had the best experience with heart to heart Bristol from the moment enquired. Very caring, understanding team, and my counsellor Claire was amazing. I could not be more grateful for this service. I am a student too and the low cost really helped me. Would recommend for anyone struggling.. don’t suffer in silence!”
“We have had Relate sessions in the past for specific relationship issues and recently had online sessions again for a new relationship problem. Our counsellor, Jayne, was absolutely brilliant. She addressed our issues firmly but fairly, calling us out when we needed it but always with respect and often with a touch of humour (which we both find helps!). We had to be willing to put the work in ourselves, but Jayne gave us the tools we needed to do that and helped us when we were struggling to communicate effectively with each other. We would both definitely recommend Relate couples counselling Bristol to anyone having trouble in their relationship and willing to put the work in to improve things. Thank you Jayne!”
