“Fantastic experience at Proclinic! I came here to get advice on the removal of a solar lentigo mole and had an initial consultation with John. John was very approachable and professional and as part of this consultation did a small patch test with the laser on the mole area to assess the effectiveness of the treatment. It was very reassuring to be advised that I would not be charged a fee until John was confident that the laser treatment would be successful. Following this I made a further appointment to complete the treatment and am very very happy with the result; the laser has very effectively removed the mole - 100% improvement. I had excellent experience with both Paul and George; difficult to choose who to visit as both are equally good. They are always good at giving suggestions, but follow customers' wishes. A drink is always offered and the salon never feels hectic, which sometimes happens in other salons. Just had another haircut by James, a very skilled and friendly hairdresser. I’d seen this noted in the other reviews, but Val really is so incredibly knowledgeable and comprehensive. I had been nursing a running-related injury for just under 3 months, with little to no progress working with another physio. Using dynamic assessment methods and a hands on approach - Val picked up on injuries old and new that were getting aggravated and flaring up. After just 2.5 hours/sessions (in under two weeks). I’m back running at intensity and distance, and was also given fantastic pointers on how to improve my running gait and efficiency.
