I’d seen this noted in the other reviews, but Val really is so incredibly knowledgeable and comprehensive. I had been nursing a running-related injury for just under 3 months, with little to no progress working with another physio. Using dynamic assessment methods and a hands on approach - Val picked up on injuries old and new that were getting aggravated and flaring up. After just 2.5 hours/sessions (in under two weeks). I’m back running at intensity and distance, and was also given fantastic pointers on how to improve my running gait and efficiency. Val herself is also incredibly kind and warm, so it was a pleasure to be in her clinic. 5 stars isn’t enough - thank you!”

This was such a breath of fresh air after multiple other local shops didn't seem to want to waste the time of day discussing these things and simply told me what I should do in a brash and rude manner. The service was outstanding from the second I entered the door I was greeted in a warm and pleasant manner and was dealt with in such a way until I left.
