โI can't recommend Helen at Fresh Counselling enough. It's a very nerve-wracking thing finding a counsellor (I had been to see someone else previously and hadn't had as great results). I had a lot of preconceived ideas about what counsellors may be like (serious, scary, maybe a bit intimidating). With Helen it's just like having a normal chat. She's so friendly and obviously very passionate about what she does and has helped me on my journey so much, I can't thank or recommend her enough.โ
