Also the spa receptionist that day (we never got her name - had fabulous blue hair!) went above and beyond to look after my Mum: she was struggling with sensory overload and this lovely receptionist took the initiative to move my Mum to a darker soundproofed room whilst she waited for her treatment which truly helped her so much.
