“I’ve just completed the “Make the Wait Great” online course from VOHTS and I’m really pleased I did it. I’m in the process of getting an ADHD assessment for my son so now I’ve done this I know exactly what sort of evidence to gather in preparation for when we finally get an appointment. I’m really pleased that there are template documents included in the course so that I don’t miss anything out and will be fully prepared when our time comes.”
“Lauren is a beautiful spirit. She holds an non-judgemental, safe, professional and transformative space. Her genuine passion for her work and amazing attention to detail meant I felt seen and heard. She was never taken aback or shocked by anything I said which helped me open up about my childhood trauma. I’ve had lots of therapists over the years and Lauren has stood out because she genuinely cares and has so much understanding of mental health, trauma and life issues that she is able to draw on in order to help. She was never pushy which was very important to me as I was quite fragile at the beginning and I felt much more empowered by the end. Thank you Lauren, so very much.”
“Omg I’ve just had the most fantastic experience here, looked after by Tracy and Kathy. I needed to be seen by a dentist prior to open heart surgery later this week. I am a 68 male who is petrified of dentists. I need a tooth out and you can imagine my anxiety levels were through the roof, the experience took two hours that’s how gentle they were, we go on about the NHS but I can tell you, it’s not the front line staff it’s the organisation that is broken. Tracy and Kathy you are a credit to your profession, ps I’m the guy going to Portugal I wish you both could come with me. Chris.”
“Amazing facilities at the Serennu centre which cater for a number of different areas of health and wellbeing for disabled children and their families. There is a little coffee shop on the lower floor level and comfortable sofas within both waiting areas as well as a number of toys to keep the little one entertained whilst you wait. The centre is within a housing estate so not easy to find if you not sure of the area but the NHS does provided hospital transport so this can make getting there easier.”
“Amazing school. Teachers are so caring”
“I came here due to my diagnosis and also for medication and the doctors, nurses and even receptionists are great! They will always be happy with a smile and still never be afraid to help, 5 stars!”

“I honestly love this place so much, even if it's just a hospital. Me, being the clumsy person I am, has been here many times, from broken arms to surgeries, physical therapy, etc. Every time, I've enjoyed the experience because of how respectfully I've been treated when I come here. I was terrified and crying the first time I told I had to have surgery, but the staff was so kind with me and reassured me that I would be okay. Many times I have been here, I haven't wanted to leave, and I will always remember the ward they always put me in: D7 West. Thank you, Royal Gwent Hospital, for keeping me safe.”
