“I’ve just completed the “Make the Wait Great” online course from VOHTS and I’m really pleased I did it. I’m in the process of getting an ADHD assessment for my son so now I’ve done this I know exactly what sort of evidence to gather in preparation for when we finally get an appointment. I’m really pleased that there are template documents included in the course so that I don’t miss anything out and will be fully prepared when our time comes.”

“Amazing facilities at the Serennu centre which cater for a number of different areas of health and wellbeing for disabled children and their families. There is a little coffee shop on the lower floor level and comfortable sofas within both waiting areas as well as a number of toys to keep the little one entertained whilst you wait. The centre is within a housing estate so not easy to find if you not sure of the area but the NHS does provided hospital transport so this can make getting there easier.”

“I honestly love this place so much, even if it's just a hospital. Me, being the clumsy person I am, has been here many times, from broken arms to surgeries, physical therapy, etc. Every time, I've enjoyed the experience because of how respectfully I've been treated when I come here. I was terrified and crying the first time I told I had to have surgery, but the staff was so kind with me and reassured me that I would be okay.
