Waz took the time to walk me through the shop display, explaining in detail the possibilities for upgrading my vehicle’s sound system. He offered honest advice based on my questions and put together a setup that worked within my tight budget. We shook hands and booked the vehicle in. After giving it more thought and doing some forum research based on Waz’s advice and reputation, I decided to go for a few small upgrades to achieve an even better sound—well worth it. On the day of the install, I was kept up to date with progress via phone. When I arrived to collect the vehicle, Waz gave me a full demonstration and even sat with me in the car to ensure I understood how everything worked. Wow—when I heard the system for the first time, I was absolutely blown away. The crisp clarity and stunning bass were so much more than I was hoping for. It completely transformed the driving experience. I’m extremely fussy, especially with new vehicles, and have had bad experiences in the past where other companies damaged my cars. But the quality of workmanship here was flawless—you’d never even know the fitters had been in. Amazing job by the team, especially working on a new car with under 1,000 miles! What really stood out was Waz’s honesty, knowledge, and incredibly friendly nature—it honestly felt like chatting with a best mate, not a salesperson. This level of customer service and dedication is so rare these days. If you're after expert advice, quality gear, top-tier installers, and a truly personal experience, I can’t recommend Waz and the team at B&B Audio Concepts enough. Don’t be fooled by the “wannabe” audio shops—these guys are the real deal and have been leading the way for many years.”
