“Bought a pram start of last year. Spent 2 hours there going through all the different prams the women helping us was so great and friendly! We bought a pram but unfortunately recently the bad snapped at the bottom so I contacted discount pram centre and they contacted the manufacturer for me and arranged it to be swapped for a new pram and was given a replacement to use while I waited for the new pram. So happy with the service discount pram centre have provided. Hayley helped me with the incident with my pram and she was so quick and efficient sorting it for me.”

I insisted giving them money as it could cost a fortune but they politely refused. How kind can you get!? They did it with pleasure and kindness. “I've been using Lilbits for over 2 years and wouldn't go to anyone else for sensory toys. My 3 year old has played with the sensory pasta, rice (which smells amazing!) since we found Lilbits. The tuff tray is a must- ours gets used weekly and can be used for so many things. If you want a treat- the thinking putty is amazing- stress reliever or what! The service is always brilliant & products are delivered on time and always well packaged. Sam can't do enough for you & will always do her best to accomodate. I even buy birthday presents from them, which goes down a treat with the birthday girl/boy because the stuff is different from your bog standard toyshop stuff!! Overall definitely recommend Lilbits to friends and family!”

“Right. Everyone who is leaving 1 star reviews need to get a life! I shop here all the time and I have never had an issue. So do everyone a favour and cut the staff members some slack! Its not their fault if you cant take money off your nectar points and certainly not their fault if you leave your christmas shopping the last minute! They try their very best to make sure you get what you want and they don't need rude obnoxious people like you lot constantly bringing them down! They dont go to work to be harassed, to be constantly had a go at and be bullied! They are trying to do their jobs! So if for some reason you dont like it. Go and shop somewhere else! “You won't find a better priced selection of excellent quality goods in any other charity shop in Penarth. The staff are always on hand to reach high shelves for us "little people". Beautiful new goods for the garden especially. It's beyond belief how anyone can say they're too expensive, every other shop will prove that the PDSA are the most affordable for those of us genuinely on a very limited budget.
