βGethin has been brilliant. I was in agony with hip pain (GTPS) and within a few weeks my hips were better than ever. I recently also switched from an NHS physio to Gethin for a MCL injury and in just 2 weeks feel like Im making better progress already. The app used by the medical makes it easy to remember what exercises to do and how to do them correctly. The admin side of The Medical is also very efficient. Appointments are easy to book and you receive text reminders. With the NHS I could never get through on the phone and the text reminders would sometimes fail. I highly recommend The Medical.β

I was seen today by a lovely lady in the consultation room who helped me with an ongoing sinus problem and sorted me some antibiotics, all the staff Iβve encountered here are very kind and helpful. I have seen poor reviews about the ques however any time I have had to que it has gone down fast and medication is given within 10/15 minutes.β

βI had a GP appointment today. I saw Dr Ali who really listened to me and was very good. I had to make an appointment at reception to have a surgical suture removed that had been in for 4 weeks. The receptionist said there were no upcoming appointments and all the nurses were fully booked today. She really tried her best and emailed all the nurses and asked me to wait in the waiting room. I was called in almost immediately to see a nurse called Charlene. She removed the suture and then said she would take bloods at the same time, instead of me having to come back in 3 weeks. She was so nice and helpful. I am very happy with the service I received from everyone at Malpas brook today.β
