It started with a warm welcome on reception from Sue and Tracy and then there was a special cat waiting area to help them feel safe. Lucy the vet treated our cats like they were her own and we felt they were in safe hands. We would recommend Caerphilly Vets.”

My poor cat then got unwell and valley vets was my choice of vets after seeing how kind and gentle gordan was with my rabbits .unfortunately diagnosis wasn't good and the rest of my beloved Jessie care was handled with Laura. “I've been coming here for years. As a nervous patient, it took a while to take to any dentist. Jose makes you feel very comfortable and I wouldn't consider seeing any other dentist. The hygienist, Bonnie Jones is the best around. Very gentle, her attention to detail is second to none and takes her time to listen to any concerns you may have. One thing that could be improved is Bupa installing a new airflow system. I liked having that part of the treatment.”
