The procedures were way better than over the last 30+ yrs of bad experiences and I have even recommended to friends. Paying above NHS rates is painful but for my own experiences was worth it. Firstly, the receptionist was friendly and accommodating over the phone and got me in for an emergency appointment with the dentist, Ayse/Aisha within a couple of hours. On arrival, the receptionist was welcoming and approachable. When i was called through, the dentist was caring and empathetic with my situation, she listened to me and could see the pain I was in. She offered her own advice and talked me through options and then continued to carry out treatment to help me.
