“Excellent taxi service. Best in Rugby. Always on time. Very polite and accommodating. I have used other taxi services in Rugby who have lied about their availability when booking then when I would call to ask where the taxi I'd booked was they would repeatedly tell me 5 minutes away every five minutes making me late for work. On the rare occasion dial a cab doesn't have availability they simply say that. I have not strayed from this service since I found it.”

“We ordered 2x 8 seaters to take 10 of us and all our luggage to and from Birmingham airport (1 week later for the return). It was easy to book and had text confirmation to put our minds at ease knowing it was all sorted. Both taxis arrived at 2am to take us to the airport promptly (early infact, but were fine to wait until booked time). They got us to the airport safely and in a timely manner. Both drivers were very pleasant and polite. Made this part of our holiday seamless and stress free. Being picked up at both locations on time with no waiting wondering where they were. We were even delayed coming home on the plane and they texted to keep in touch with me to check how we were doing in arrivals getting our luggage. “Came in to purchase a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tv, hoover and monitor after purchasing my first home and Ali was so helpful, he advised on the size of the TV for our room and the better fridge/freezer with better specs which was even a lower price than the one I wanted as it was on offer at the time, rung it all up, arranged for me to pick up the ones i could take home there and then and for the large appliances to be installed the very next morning, and talked me through the curry’s flexpay as it was such a large order in one go. He was really knowledgeable and helpful and this was much appreciated during such a big and important purchase. It did seem as though a few of his colleagues were a little impatient with how much time he spent with myself and my partner sorting out our purchase which wasn’t a good look for them, I understand there may have been other things to do too but I think Ali’s customer service needs to be valued more given how much he assisted us and how much we were purchasing. Ali is a credit to curry’s and i really hope he gets some recognition for his work as we couldn’t have done it without his help!”
