βThe staff and facilities are fantastic and clean as you would expect from a camping and caravan site. the only issue is if you are on the grass electric pitches you are.close to the motorway and the noise is like white noise 24/7. My advice would be to get a hard standing pitch behind the main block which is not so noisy. We went to the black Country museum which was great with motorhome parking with no additional charge. the m6 motorway was a nightmare and congested.β
βWe highly recommend trying here! We literally can't fault a thing, and will definitely be going back. The food was incredible, the setting and restaurant itself was beautiful, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were really friendly and efficient. The portions were plenty and tasted amazing. Food and drinks came out so quick and everything is made fresh to order. There is plenty of on-site parking for anyone driving there. I recommend booking in advance as they tend to get booked up! It's in a really pretty setting, and I can imagine it to be even nicer in spring/summer with all the outdoor seating.β
βWe have been watching the Christmas pantomime at the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry for the last six years, and as always, this year was absolutely fantastic. The cast is amazing and we had a great night, just as we do every year. Iain Lauchlan as Nanny Fanny McWheeze and Craig Hollingsworth as Muddles the Jester, are particularly brilliant. We love watching them, especially when things donβt quite go to plan, which always adds to the fun and laughter! We visited on Thursday 18th December and had another wonderful experience. The Belgrade Theatre continues to deliver a truly magical and memorable pantomime year after year. Highly recommended!β
βPersonally this was my favourite hotel for less than Β£130 a night in Coventry. You get a very nice experience for your money which I can only describe as having a luxury feel. Food was very good and the staff were very pleasant. No issues with the room, all clean and very stylish.β
βI came here today with family. Car park is very small so parking can be a little difficult. We opted for the roast which was extremely tasty and hot. The food is very reasonably priced. I had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert (it was nice but very sweet). Overall, I'd say this is a nice place that deserves a visit!β
βI was very lucky to find myself at the Coundon House for an evening. I stayed in Room 1 double with an en-suite and it was bliss! Everything I could have needed and a very relaxing and homely stay. Breakfast was wonderful and Regina was very welcoming. Thank you for a fab stay!β
βI cannot recommend this restaurant enough, it is amazing! The service was amazing so friendly and couldnβt do enough for you, the food was INCREDIBLE! I had the mushroom and chicken pasta. We also went to the cocktail lounge and again it was amazing :)β

βMyself and my Sister ordered our moms funeral flowers at Miss Lilly's florist and from the moment we entered the shop we was treated with dignity and respect by Alison. We ordered mom's flowers and knew exactly what we wanted, Alison spent time with us and made what was a difficult task into such a lovely experience. On the day of moms funeral, the flowers arrived within time and we were taken back by how beautiful the flowers were and how much attention to detail went into the personalised items (mom loved her cups of tea so we had a 3D teapot made in flowers which was beautiful). We can not thank Alison (and the team) enough for their absolutely wonderful service , the compliments we had from people attending mom's funeral about mom's flowers was wonderful - it only seemed right that we shared our experience with you. Alison, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. xx James & Nicky.β
βThe friendly staff, nice food, and substantial portions keep you full for a while! I'm always back here again!β

βGreat pub, great Guinness and great car wash!β
βI go there with a good friend and I am amazed at the size of the establishment and how accommodating and open to people of different social groups. I have a hesitancy about certain .....clubs.... born in 60s teen in the 70s still al those fears disappeared especially when the owners/management ??? are seen around the community and have made me and others feel welcome. However early days yet, but so far βββββββ
βA cozy pizza place with quirky art and many vegetarian options I had a vegetarian meal at this pizza place and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food. The restaurant has a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, with quirky and funny art pieces on the walls that made me smile. Firstly, I ordered the chargrilled vegetable pizza, which had peppers, onions, mushrooms, and aubergine on a crispy crust. The pizza was served on a wooden chopping board, which gave it a rustic feel. The onions were nicely caramelized and the cheese was pleasantly strong. Secondly, I ordered the jalapeΓ±o poppers, which were cheese-filled peppers coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. The jalapeΓ±o poppers were crunchy and cheesy, but they were not spicy at all, which I was surprised about. I expected them to have some kick to them. Thirdly, I ordered a mock Pina colada as a drink, which was a change from my usual latte. The mock Pina colada was refreshing and creamy, with a fruity taste of pineapple and coconut. It was definitely a worthy substitution. The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this pizza place and I would recommend it to anyone who loves pizza and quirky art. Itβs a great place to have a fun and relaxing meal with friends or family.β
βWe came here on a Saturday evening as a party of 8 and we had an amazing time! All of the staff were friendly, prompt and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu and would highly recommend Paprika Club to anyone in the area.β
βVisited on Friday night, been once before and loved it so much returned, travelling from Leicester. Food was fabulous. Prices reasonable given the quality of the food. Be hard pushed to find better. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful with recommendations. The Lobster Ravioli was amazing.β
βWe came for Sunday lunch yesterday and was hugely impressed. The quality and taste was fantastic. What I also liked was the fact you didn't have to pay for extras, it was one set price. Will definitely be coming back. We had the lamb and there was plenty of it :-)β
βThis was our third event at Coombe Abbey Hotel, and once again they nailed it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpfulβtheyβre on hand to make you feel comfortable, handle the little details, and keep things running smoothly from arrival to departure. The hotel itself is fantastic, with lots of quirky rooms and cozy spaces. The historic manor has real character, while the newer event suites offer flexible layouts for conferences, parties, or dinners. There are plenty of options to keep things flowing well, from big keynote sessions in bright, open rooms to relaxed networking in smaller corners. The grounds are a real highlight. There are plenty of nice spots for a stroll, photos, or a quick break between sessions. Itβs a well-kept estate with a mix of formal lawns, pretty paths, and quiet corners that invite a bit of downtime. Overall, Coombe Abbey nails hospitality and atmosphere. The staffβs friendliness, the character of the spaces, and the lovely grounds come together to create a memorable event experience.β
βDelighted to go the Old Mill for lunch with friends. The welcome was as always warm and friendly. Our waitress was Lois who attended to us so well being friendly and very helpful. She paid do much attention to us and always had a smile on her face. The meal was as usual delicious and well presented. I love the Old Mill for its great menu and friendly atmosphere. Thank you Lois for your help and hospitalityβ
βWonderful evening cruising down the Avon, with a jovial and friendly atmosphere. The food and service were beyond what you would expect from the small but perfect galley. A truly memorable night, will be on board again soon!β
