The facilities are top-notch—clean, spacious, and clearly designed with serious training and wellbeing in mind. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel incredibly welcome by Professor Pindi and the rest of the team. As someone just visiting from another gym for the evening, I felt like I had been training there for years, the level of hospitality and professionalism was outstanding. This is clearly a place where both beginners and experienced practitioners can grow and feel at home. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended.”

“I have 2 children a girl and a boy that attend spotlight stage school. They both absolutely love it there and have come on so much in confidence since joining. They have both been given fabulous opportunities such as taking part in the annual school show and competing in competitions. They are awarded for their hard work by taking and passing termly exams where their teachers and Miss Vicky put in so much time to perfect them. Brilliant school, Highly recommend.”

“Another place to add to my go to list for authentic Turkish food. The food was spot on with flavours and everything complemented each other. The staff were very polite whenever they were available. They were hardly seen though. The portion was generous and we enjoyed the dips and warm bread. The price was reasonable as well. It was an overall pleasant experience”

The gym has a variety of different equipment, from Cardio to resistance. Membership is very reasonable, and the long opening hours means it's great for an early morning or late night workout. Swimming lessons are available here.”

“Water in the pool is cold in the morning and hot in the end of the day. Probably it's better to come with kids in the evenings. Clubbercise was good,but why sticks are not included in the £5.20? Soft play!!! You can leave your child for 90 min, or play together 1-3pm (don't remember exactly the time)”
