His professionalism and knowledge about the products were truly impressive. He patiently helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I also want to commend Chloe, who provided excellent customer service with a friendly attitude. She was attentive and quick to help, making sure I had everything I needed. “So, had the car booked in with these guys for an Airbag light issue. They checked it, but due to lack of information from Nissan (no fault of theirs) they couldn't fully resolve the issue which they suspect the issue will come back. Therefore, Joe at the front desk explained all this very politely and said there would be no charge which was such a relief as I'll probably be paying for it to get sorted elsewhere. They suggested I go to a specialist in this issue which is fine, just appreciated their customer service, and fairness as the issue will probably come back again. Thank you!”
