“After a poor experience ordering shutters from Dunelm in the past we were a little wary about buying curtains and blinds from them recently, but I have to say that dealing with Katherine at the Nottingham store was an absolute pleasure. She was extremely friendly and helpful as well as being knowledgeable. She helped us choose appropriate blinds and curtains for our windows and arranged for a young man named Jordan to come and measure up. He was also very efficient, polite and helpful.
