“Visited the Shuropody at Derbion on Sunday with my mum. We were looking for a pair of comfortable non slip sandals for holiday and after very many try ons we found the perfect pair at an amazing price. The shop assistant who served us (Maryam) was an absolute gem! Super polite and patient even though it was a struggle finding what we were looking for. We were very satisfied with the customer service and the product as well. We will be back for shoes/boots in the winter time. Thank you for the excellent service. 5/5 ⭐️ all around”

“Ordered a mirror via Click & Collect on 06/11 and went to pick it up, only to realise the car was just a bit too small! Thankfully, Courtney came to our rescue — she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and friendly, laughed along with my mum and me as we tried all sorts of ideas to make it fit, and went above and beyond to help us. Went back and bought kitchen paint in Brooklyn grey and white tile paint. Mixed a bit of the Delaware in the white for a new tile border in the bathroom. Pics attached.”

Store looked great and had lots of stock in sizes I needed but most importantly it had a brilliant atmosphere. Whilst shopping I witnessed multiple staff interactions and everyone seemed so happy to see each other, work together and get stuck in to the next task.
