Children's upstairs. A fairly large and spacious store, easy to manoeuvre around. Parking is free outside. Till service was quick and friendly.”

“Me and my friend use this as our starting point for an evening walk around Draycote. Twice before we've had the genetic fish & chips/batter sausage & chips. Both times have been delicious and the staff very friendly. Last night, decided to go for a change and ordered Kofta from the wall menu. I was given a choice of sauces and asked whether I wanted salad. I went with mint yoghurt and decided against the salad. Kofta was truly delicious. Freshly made to order (which we hadn't grasped at the time, so we were wondering why on earth it was taking so long) Will definitely order it again, but, maybe see if we can call ahead to order next time to alleviate the waiting time. The photo isn't the best as it was dark outside but hopefully you can gauge the portion size. HUGE! Just a word of advice, it would be useful to advise customers at the point of ordering that there is a wait on it as it's cooked to order.”

“Amazingly kind staff. Got back to Rugby late because of my bus, but needed a parcel from Next and was unable to get it the next day. The staff were super kind and made an exception to get my parcel for me, despite the fact it was just after closing times. It was a really small act of kindness, but made my day.”

“I would recommend every one to use Amethyst Sales and Letting Agents for their rental. I have been tenants with them 9 years. Any problems they resolve that stairway. No issues to get my deposit back even after 9 years. Any problem management always there for me. I would give them more than 5 stars if had that option. “What an absolute fabulous store, with even better staff! My recent purchase of a TV was sublime! Upon collection the box had some of the foam showing out of the bottom. Jane kindly offered to undo and examine the TV for defects. Its a 58" TV, so that is not an easy task. Jane treated the TV with her upmost care. All was good upon examination, again Jane and her colleague (sadly did not get their name) placed the TV back in the box with care. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane and her colleague. Jane grabbed the sack truck, popped on the high viz vest and offered to bring it down in the lift and also helped me load the TV in the car. Jane and her colleague are absolute diamonds.Thank you so much for a very pleasant shopping experience.”
