“They re-sized a family ring for me recently, pretty antique diamond ring, not the biggest or most valuable, yet the service was as kind and courteous as if I were spending thousands. I have shopped in Russell Lane over a period of nearly 30 years and the service has always been like this.”

“We visit this location at least twice a year. To visit family. Even though it is close to the M69 you very rarely hear much noise from it. It is a very relaxing location close to Coventry, Nuneaton and within easy access to Leicester. It has a Brewers Fayre located next door so food and drink is close at hand. All the staff are very pleasant and friendly with noting being too much of a problem. All rooms are located on the ground floor with easy access to all.”

“We had a lovely lunch..the food exceeded our expectations. I don't eat out much as i am often disappointed in restaurant vegan food but the rainbow lasagne was very good. It took us a while to work out you had to order from the bar.”

“First visit in 2023 to this Caffe Nero near the Warwick Market Place. But aware of it from the 2009 and 2015 visits to the town in the past. Seating on the ground or first floors. Has The Cloud WiFi like other Nero's. View out to the Market Place. Opposite the Market Hall Museum.”

“Room simply but sufficiently equipped. Clean, tidy and exceptionally quiet. Good road links especially to south and east. Will certainly stay there again.”

“Rob the tractor driver was amazing, we loved our tour with him, daughter said "best ride ever!" So much to do here, soft play, animal feeding and holding, rides, dinosaurs. Loads of fun to be had :-)”

“Booking via our company for a work related stay, the initial contact was prompt friendly and welcoming. Then liaising directly with Sarah the owner, was great too. Our artist had a relaxing and a well needed place to rest between production times. We will definitely be using again.”

“Great hidden gem. Tranquil and amazing wildlife in and around the pool. Area is being expanded and there are a number of short circular walks in the pool area taking in the woodland, shrubs and River Avon”

“It's a nice country hotel with a restaurant and bar area. I spent 3 days here which I enjoyed. My room was nice and clean apart from the odd squeaky floorboard. I did go there on a pretty hot week and the room was hot as I had no AC in my room. The breakfast and dinner food were nice and the staff on-site were friendly and helpful too. There's a car park at the rear of the hotel and you need to register your car at reception on a tablet/ipad.”

“We stayed one night . walked into reception greeted by a welcoming and polite gentleman . He went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed by our stay . staff from start to finish were all there to assist you with anything we needed . Upon arriving in our room it was very Clean and neat . The toilet , showroom were exceptionally clean with great toiletries included. The bed was very clean and comfy and had a great night sleep.The breakfast was nice but needed some attention with more staff and more organisation but highly satisfied with the quality of food and amount of options . “Couldn't fault it for the price we paid. Newly refurbished room. Old building with a list of famous restaurants ie. Norman Wisdom and Douglas Fairbanks. Grand Central staircase with large stain glass window.”

“I had a very warm welcome from Leticia at Cafe Aroma, Westwood Campus, Warwick University on Friday 22nd April 2022 and enjoyed my lunch break. Sadly Beth wasn't there on that day but I thank Beth very much for the two bags of Aroma goodies that Leticia handed to me. I also thank Leticia for taking several photos of me inside Cafe Aroma. I also met Aggie and Simon Thomas who I thank, they kindly gave me a very interesting guided tour of the two Caffe Nero's at Warwick University. Simon also took a photo of me outside Cafe Aroma and another inside Caffe Nero, Sports Hub. He also kindly drove me back to Coventry to enable me to continue my Alan's Nero Tour weekend of the West Midlands.”

“I treated my family to breakfast here this morning (4 adults, 3 children). On arrival we were shown to our table, and the requested high chair was already in position. The food was excellent. The cooked breakfast was well presented on our plates, and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. All the buffet food was excellent and replenished as soon as things ran out, or were running low. The three server's were all very busy, but always pleasant and friendly. I'll definitely treat my family to a breakfast here again.”

“I stayed at this hotel 10 days ago with my husband . It’s really a great value for money. The cleaning is good and the staff is very friendly. One of the housekeepers, a lady named Gun, was very nice and extremely helpful. She provided excellent service and kept the room very clean. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.”
