“Brought a new cooker from these guys and I’ve got to say it was hands down the best customer service we have ever received. The knowledge they had on their products was second to none, they were incredibly friendly and so welcoming. Once we had paid they told us the delivery would be in a couple of hours which we were really happy with to then receive a phone call moments later saying that delivery will be in the next 10 minutes, which they were and carried the cooker into the kitchen for us. “Came in to purchase a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tv, hoover and monitor after purchasing my first home and Ali was so helpful, he advised on the size of the TV for our room and the better fridge/freezer with better specs which was even a lower price than the one I wanted as it was on offer at the time, rung it all up, arranged for me to pick up the ones i could take home there and then and for the large appliances to be installed the very next morning, and talked me through the curry’s flexpay as it was such a large order in one go. He was really knowledgeable and helpful and this was much appreciated during such a big and important purchase. It did seem as though a few of his colleagues were a little impatient with how much time he spent with myself and my partner sorting out our purchase which wasn’t a good look for them, I understand there may have been other things to do too but I think Ali’s customer service needs to be valued more given how much he assisted us and how much we were purchasing. Ali is a credit to curry’s and i really hope he gets some recognition for his work as we couldn’t have done it without his help!”
