“A few days ago we had a track day at Donington Park. Unfortunately, after the lunch break we realized that our front tires, which had already been through two track days, offered virtually no grip anymore. With a heavy heart we decided to cut the track day short. Knowing that we still had two more track days to go, we opted for two new front tires. The only question was, how would we quickly find two tires in the UK? I asked Martin, an MSV-T employee, if he had any advice. He did! The tip was worth its weight in gold. He recommended we visit ALLUMY Motorsport, who fortunately had an office at the racetrack itself. So we drove to ALLUMY with our GT4RS in the hope of getting help there. You know, it's not always easy to be welcomed when you're a stranger somewhere and don't speak the language perfectly. And so you hope that someone will help you despite the adversity. What can I say? We were greeted by Marc, to whom I explained our problem in broken English. From then on, everything went smoothly. ALLUMY helped us very kindly and professionally. The tires were ordered and delivered and installed the next day. This inevitably led to petrol-related conversations among petrolheads, and we not only received valuable tips on tires but were also able to purchase various helpful tools.
