“On a Saturday my old Vokera boiler stopped working and by that Thursday I had a new and stronger Glow Worm boiler installed, with minimal fuss, by Adam. I phoned Adam on the weekend and he came out first thing on Monday to have a look. The gas valve was broken, so Adam sent me over invoices for the broken part and for new boiler without pressure to choose. In the end, given the boiler’s age I opted to have it replaced. He and his colleague came out on Thursday and within a few hours my boiler was installed, and they were so clean with the instal! So so rare with tradespeople. Would 10/10 recommend and will be having him service my boiler annually.”

“Can't recommend Jason enough. Electric boiler packed in on us. As it's a somewhat rare model, I went through a list of companies who said they couldn't help. I was starting to worry. Luckily found Ecotec and Jason said "give me a boiler and I'll fix it". Wasn't the most straightforward of repairs as there were a few separate issues and I was worried I'd be in for a full new boiler but true to his word he didn't stop til it was back working better than it ever did since we moved in. The gaff is toasty again and I know who I'll call in the future for any help with it!”

It wasn't much to go on but David came round, asked questions, assessed the situation and pinpointed the problem. He got straight to work clearing a completely blocked waste water pipe, then spent time making sure the area was thoroughly cleaned and water running freely. “I was relocating to Canada in 2023 I had long known about Purdies as many many years ago when my parents were moving they had contacted Purdies they were excellent then and are excellent now. From start to finish the service was superb I had lots of questions and they were answered promptly the employee I was dealing with was Gemma her knowledge friendliness were second to none nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Unfortunately we were in a position that we had to come back to Scotland in 2025. How did I do that from Canada I didn’t know any companies so my first port of call or email was Gemma at Purdies. Sure enough she was on the ball got me sorted straightaway with a local shipping agent and guided me through the process all over again. The return process was made so easy through the knowledge and expertise. Both crews that dealt with my shipment leaving and coming back were friendly helpful and got straight on the job again the can do attitude is perfect just what you need as moving is such a stressful situation so all the reassurance and communication gave me great confidence that I had chosen the correct company for my relocation I honestly can’t praise Purdies enough and if I am ever in the position where I will be moving again they would be my go to company absolutely 100 percent”
