“I have just finished Invisalign with Elaine. The service was second to none. Elaine, and all the staff at the practice were welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable. “All the staff at Vets4pets have been amazing over the last couple of days, from reception to nursing staff and both vets. I felt so reassured that my dog was in good hands as staff were so clear about the procedure, follow up and patient at answering all my questions. They were brilliant with my dog, so gentle and caring and they made me feel so relaxed during a stressful time. They all appeared to have great knowledge of veterinary care and every member of staff was aware of my dogs situation and were so caring while we were in the practice. The vet was able to see us immediately when I had concerns following my dogs procedure and additionally, the out of hours vets service were fantastic at answering questions and being available for support. The vet was also able to give helpful advice around claiming on my pet insurance.”
