“Had a total of four fixed rate savings accounts with Castle Community Bank (via my community finance) and I quite honestly can't fault them. The savings rates on offer are always very competitive (beat most high street banks hands down) The account opening process online is very straight forward and efficient. Once you have added your funds you have access to your online portal, where you can log in daily and see your interest growing. On the odd occasion I've need to speak to someone, they are always very efficient and polite. I quite honestly can't say a bad word about them.
