They gave us time, supported us to and from the lifts (even going upstairs to meet us at the other side) and made the experience stress-free. Two guys arrived when expected, had a look at the plumbing under the sink, devised a strategy, and fitted the tap all within half an hour. Absolutely brilliant service!
