“Best Chinese around now, can't fault any off my order will definitely be using this place from now on. Got the beef curry fried rice and salt and chilly chips. Beef was lovely and definitely not soggy like other local Chinese in the local area. Chips were great also. Definitely 5* for me.”

“Just stopped for a quick coffee on our break. Really nice and specious area and it was much quieter than the one inside the mall. Coffee was lovely as always, staff friendly, and also it was pretty entertaining as they put music on so was nice to listen some good old tunes.”

“Had another great Tuesday afternoon in The Smiddy, entertainment was great, Elvis tribute was excellent, what a shift this guy puts in and super friendly. We all had food after the show, soup was delicious as was our mains. Staff very helpful and pleasant. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. I'm sorry I never caught her name but she told me she had just got her first car if that helps establish who she is. That girl is a credit to your company and a lovely wee soul inside and out. “THE BAND "HAGGIS NEEPS'N FATTIES WERE BRILLIANT, WHAT A SET LIST - FANTASTIC MUSICIANS - WE WANT MORE!, WE WANT MORE! Haven't been in the bar for years - only went because HAGGIS NEEPS'N FATTIES were playing. Had a great night, bar was good had a great atmosphere. Country guy was out of place and following HAGGIS was a hard act for anyone to follow, kinda felt sorry for him, in the right setting he would have done a lot better, everyone I spoke to seemed to think he was just a filler in for the band.”
