“The team at this practice are second to none. Any query or concern I have, I find them to be very thorough, helpful and reassuring. Today I had fright where my cat took a seizure for the first time. I phoned first thing and Vets4Pets saw him as a priority this morning. They went above and beyond. I believe he was seen by Dr Moroka who honestly I was blown away by. She heard all my concerns, was so patient, and explained things really well. I would say she also has the really unique ability to put a concerned owner at complete ease. As someone with a lot of anxiety I can ask a lot of questions and overthink a lot but at no point did I feel at all I was second guessing myself / self conscious about this which is really unusual for me in these types of scenarios. It would be a miss to leave out the Care Advisor ( Sheila ? ) who was also so compassionate and very informative with regards to what to expect, billing / insurance etc. She showed such a genuine interest in my cat and what had happened, and similarly to the Vet was able to put me at ease almost instantly. When I arrived at the garage he was really approachable and chatted away. I sadly didn’t catch his name however he took time to show and explain to me exactly what was wrong with the tyre I had been sold prior and replaced my car with two good tyres. “After putting it off for years, I finally took the decision to have dental implants. It wasn't an easy decision as it was my two front teeth. I attended the free consultation & immediately felt at ease & trusting of the staff. The dentist David & nurse Mila were so nice, explaining what having implants entailed. I decided to go ahead. Obviously I was very apprehensive but I needn't have worried. After the initial injections, which are always a bit nippy, I felt nothing. David constantly reassured me, explained what he was doing & gave me regular breaks. It wasn't until later in the day I realised I had 6 stitches in my mouth. I took pain killer on day of surgery & next day but I can honestly say that I was astonished at how little pain & discomfort I felt. There was a healing time of approx 12 wks. I now have my implants & can't express enough how great they are compared to dentures. Yes they take a bit of getting used to but I an delighted with them. After years of worrying about dentures breaking or falling out & can now relax & be more confident, can bit with my front teeth & food taste so much better. I cannot thank David & all the staff enough. If you are considering implants, then visit Morpho, you won't regret it.”
