Her knowledge and skills in relation to injury treatment is outstanding and her commitment to helping every individual client and cannot be faulted. She has massively improved my mobility and pain and continues to provide advice and a treatment plan to suit my needs. “The team at this practice are second to none. Any query or concern I have, I find them to be very thorough, helpful and reassuring. Today I had fright where my cat took a seizure for the first time. I phoned first thing and Vets4Pets saw him as a priority this morning. They went above and beyond. I believe he was seen by Dr Moroka who honestly I was blown away by. She heard all my concerns, was so patient, and explained things really well. I would say she also has the really unique ability to put a concerned owner at complete ease. As someone with a lot of anxiety I can ask a lot of questions and overthink a lot but at no point did I feel at all I was second guessing myself / self conscious about this which is really unusual for me in these types of scenarios. It would be a miss to leave out the Care Advisor ( Sheila ? ) who was also so compassionate and very informative with regards to what to expect, billing / insurance etc. She showed such a genuine interest in my cat and what had happened, and similarly to the Vet was able to put me at ease almost instantly. A massive thank you to the entire team at Vets4Pets Cumbernauld - we wouldn’t manage without you!”

For some time, I had noticed my hearing on that side getting poorer until I eventually lost it completely. I suspected it was a blockage due to wax, but I had no idea just how bad it was. Lindsay discovered that my ear canal was fully blocked, and the wax had solidified to the point where even suction and irrigation wouldn’t shift it. However, she persisted and, around the 11th minute, managed to dislodge it. The immediate relief was incredible. “Honestly had the best experience with this surgery. I was so nervous moving to a north lanarkshire surgery especially in cumbernauld where i have heard a lot of horror stories. I had just had my first baby and registered here. They have been super quick with appointments for me and my son. The doctor has called me out of hours to reassure me my results were normal. Seen my baby anytime ive had concerns. The reception staff have also been majorly kind and taken an interest in my son amd always been reassuring and went above and beyond to insure i have got off he phone with an appointment that suits my needs. Ive also attended a breast feeding class in here which as lovely The nurses ive met have also even really nice too.”
